The hotel had a few drawbacks like a room that smelled of smoke, close to a loud door, and some hot water issues, but it's in a convenient location and the staff was very helpful. The pricing was transparent, including extra charges.

My room did have a faint smell like someone had been smoking in it, and it was close to the main door which could get loud with constant coming and going. There was a bit of a problem with getting hot water for the shower, especially at 3 pm.

The hotel's location was very good, close to Ocean Drive and the beach. It was convenient to take bus 150 from Miami International Airport to the 5th Ave stop on Washington in South Beach, just a short walk to the hotel. Despite being near the action, it was quiet enough to have a good night's sleep.

My stay was great, with nice, big, and beautiful rooms that were cozy and comfortable, close to the beach and strip. The service was very personable and helpful, recommending excellent places to eat and drink. The outstanding location was safe and close to restaurants and businesses, offering a good night's sleep without the noise from nearby bars. The dining experience was convenient and satisfying, especially the nearby cafe Pinocchio for a fulfilling breakfast.

I had the best time at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and close to the beach and strip. They were amazing—clean, large, and super comfy. The only downside was not having wifi in the room and needing to step outside for it, but staying at around 25 degrees was a lovely touch.
